Final Cleaning & Inspection
Before your bag leaves our studio, it goes through one final round of gentle cleaning and careful inspection — ensuring it arrives in the best possible condition, both inside and out.
Personalized Video Documentation
We’ll film a short, personalized video that highlights your exact piece — showing detailed close-ups of the bag’s condition, hardware, stitching, and overall finish.
If the bag is equipped with an NFC chip (as many modern Louis Vuitton bags are), we’ll also include a live NFC chip scan in the video so you can verify authenticity yourself as soon as the bag arrives.

We only use fully insured, trackable shipping services with signature confirmation, so your item is protected every step of the way. You'll receive tracking details as soon as the package is on its way, and our team is here if you ever need support in transit.

2 Years of Worry-Free Repairs
We stand by our restoration work long after delivery. If anything goes wrong with the repairs or craftsmanship we've completed, simply reach out — you’re covered by two full years of complimentary repairs, no matter where you are. We’ll guide you through the process and make it as seamless as possible.
